Costa Rica CANYONING
Tour
This
is a tour just 15 minutes away from Turrialba downtown
in a private reserve of a rainforest.
This
activity has several stops such as: descend of 4 alternate
waterfalls with 4 canopy cables, descend of leafy trees
through ropes, and the trip over a hammock bridge of
132 feet length. This tour takes approximately from
3 to 4 hours, with lunch included after the trip.
We
provide our visitors with specialized equipment and
an impermeable jacket for this tour in special. It is
important to bring clothes and shoes, however, to change
at the end of the trip.
What
to take?
Shorts or pants (no jeans), t-shirt, tennis shoes, non-slippery
sandals, insect repellent. Extra clothes will be needed
at the end of the tour.

VOLCANO Tour
Hiking
Tour: The Turrialba volcano is located in the Central
Mountain Range of Costa Rica. Due to the low volcanic
activity since long time ago, this volcano is one of
a kind; it allows to go down its main crater, and it
is ideal to explore all its irregular extension and
to enjoy the flora and fauna of the forest in altitude.
The
round trip hike takes approximately 4 hours with a moderate
intensity.
What

Hiking
boots, pants, sweater, jacket or cape, sun block and
hat or baseball cap.

WATER RAFTING Tour
One-day
Tour: Pacuare River offers an experience of
adventure and contemplation of nature to all of its
visitors. Our theme is to provide our tourists with
a safe and fun trip along with the opportunity to encourage
team work.
The Costa Rica Rafting Tour takes approximately from 3 to 4 hours, with a break
to have lunch in the middle of the trip.

Shorts, tennis shoes or sandals and sun block. Extra
clothes will be needed at the end of the tour.

all of the facilities of modern camps: equipped tents,

kindly welcomed as they use to.

LA
MARTA Tour
La
Marta Biological Reserve is a huge property, which one
hundred years ago was dedicated to agricultural and
cattle breeding activities. It is located just 20 minutes
from Turrialba downtown in a small place called Pejibaye.
Due to its enormous biodiversity and history, it is
one of the most studied reserves these days.
Hiking
Tour: There are different paths, from low to moderate
intensity, where a tour guide, specialized in history
and nature of the zone, will join the tourists in this
4-hour trip. Additionally, for lunch our specialty is
grilled meat and chicken, and of course we provide a
special place to enjoy it. Finally, after the second
hike, we suggest to take a nice refreshing dip in the
Gato and Marta rivers which pass through the whole reserve.
What
to take?
Hiking
boots, pants, hat or baseball cap, swimming suit, insect
repellent and sun block. Suggestion: extra clothes needed
at the end of the tour.

HORSEBACK
RIDING at the BONILLA LAGOON Tour
Tourists
are driven from Turrialba downtown to Peralta town,
where the tour begins over docile horses to the Bonilla
Lagoon. During the trip we pass by faraway places of
amazing beauty, also we cross an old railroad tunnel
until we reach the crystal clear water lagoon, which
is more than a perfect place to swim. This is a 5-hour
tour, with no horseback riding experience needed, but
extra clothes will be great!
