The Turrialba Valley, located at the east of San Jose
downtown, is a pictoresque village full of vegetation
and friendly people. Many years ago it was an important
bussines center between San Jose and The Caribbean. Today,
Turrialba depends its economy from the Sugar Cane fields.
Approximate driving time
From San Jose Dwontow we´ll start the trip on the
east direction driving through Cartago Province. It takes
around 1.5 hours to get to Turrialba where the tour guides
and the adventure will begin.
